Karin Park is a Swedish/Norwegian (born on September 1978 in Djura), Sweden, singer-songwriter who lives in Bergen, Norway.
Music career
Her biggest hit is the album and the single Superworldunknown which won a Norwegian Grammy for "Best Newcomer" and was also nominated as "the best Norwegian song of all time" by the radio channel p3 and the magazine Spirit.
Park has always been noted for her characteristic voice, but her music has developed from a light pop to a deep, alternative electro with darker lyrics.
Park was also involved in the singing competition for the official song of the 2008 Summer Olympics in China, together with the Chinese group Pulse.
Acting career
She had also a lead role in the Pål Øie movie Hidden, which will run at the After Dark Horrorfest.
