"Carlinhos Félix"
The idea that was to become Forthangel had long been in the mind of front man and guitarist Scott Fuller. Though he’d been writing and playing music on and off for many years, nothing had really materialized up until March of 2007. It was then that Scott decided it was time to get things moving and put together the band that had long been coming.
After some strenuous months of piecing things together, Scott took on the four musicians that have since become the backbone of Forthangel: Scott’s brother Mike Fuller (drums), Eli Evenson (keyboards), Adam Bruce (lead guitar), and Wes Hendrickson (bass). Forthangel's music is poetic and thought provoking, accompanied by a unique combination of heavy low end guitar and breakdown’s, mixed with the sharpest and brightest melody's that are woven together and designed to not be forgotten.
Forthangel puts on a high energy, jaw dropping Rock show that hits you in the chest and leaves you feeling bullet proof. All though you would have to witness this for yourself by seeing one of their shows, but you leave feeling like you've really experienced something more than just another rock show and will probably never forget it.
Their songs address the daily struggles and hardships that exist within all of our lives, and they speak of Biblical truths concerning the condition of the world we live in and what it means for humanity.
One thing that makes Forthangel a little different than a lot of bands is that they’re not the kind of guys that play rock music because it's the cool thing to do and dream of one day being worshiped by the entire world. They write and play music because this is truly the one thing they love to do and have sacrificed a lot to obtain it.
