По выражению Джорджа это песня о «потоке мыслей, которые так трудно записать, выразить или передать» (англ. about the avalanche of thoughts that are so hard to write down or say or transmit). Первоначальное наименованием композиции во время записи — «Laxton’s Superb» (так зовётся один из сортов яблок), сменилось в процессе работы на «I Don’t Know», но в итоге песню назвали «I Want To Tell You».
