Dream Theater — двенадцатый студийный альбом американской прогрессив-метал-группы Dream Theater, официально был выпущен 24 сентября 2013 года на лейбле Roadrunner Records.
Идеи для одноимённого альбома группы Dream Theater появились у Джона Петруччи в апреле 2012 года, во время тура в поддержку предыдущего альбома группы A Dramatic Turn of Events. Сочинение материала частично проходило во время саундчеков перед концертами . Работа над альбомом проходила с января по май 2013 года в нью-йоркской студии Cove City Sound Studios, где записывался предыдущий студийный альбом. 6 июля было официально объявлено, что релиз нового альбома намечен на 24 сентября 2013 года и состоится на лейбле Roadrunner Records.
Этот альбом стал первым в дискографии группы, в создании которого принял участие новый барабанщик Майк Манджини.
